Please be aware that production and delivery time can take between 2-4 weeks production + shipping time. However, we aim to keep you updated at key points during the process.  However, this could be longer depending on disruptions, public holidays, and demand. If you’re an overseas customer, this could take a little longer.

If you order this item along with other items, all items will be sent out with the custom item upon completion. If you wish to receive your other items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Please note refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not applicable with these items.

All of our Jewellery items are delicately handled during packaging and carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

However, we have a 7-day replacement policy which means you have 7 days of the shipping tracking being marked as delivered, to request a replacement due to any damages/defects or you received the wrong item. If it exceeds 7 days, unfortunately a replacement will not be offered.

Please note that any new custom duties or taxes will have to be paid by the customer. However, we will cover the new delivery cost for the replacement item.

If at the time your replacement item is no longer in stock, we will only then issue a refund (excluding any delivery fees, delivery charges are non-refundable).

You can always contact us on regarding any issues you may have, we are more than happy to help.

Unfortunately we do not do exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We’ll send instructions on what to do next.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, bespoke or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised or bespoke items, earrings, sale items or gift cards.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancelled orders
Orders for in-stock items can not be cancelled, once it has been marked as fulfilled and ‘Your order is on the way’.

Personalised, custom and bespoke orders can not be cancelled once placed and you have received a confirmation email.

Pre-order items can only be cancelled if done so by 10am (UK ) the day after you have placed your order. After this period it can no longer be cancelled.

EXAMPLE: An order placed Monday 3rd December, you have until Tuesday 4th December 10am (UK) to cancel. No cancellations on pre-orders will be accepted after 10am.


We are not able to resend orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail or their international delivery partners. If your order is returned to us you will be refunded for the item total only (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label. If you would like your item to be resent you will need to pay for re-delivery. If your order is personalised you will be responsible for re-delivery costs.
