SATÈD are currently using InPost as their couriers. This is a high quality courier service allowing you to track your package every step of the way. Once your order is processed you will receive an email from InPost with your tracking number, please do keep this safe until you have received your item(s).
Refund Policy
SATÈD has a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund. Please note SATÈD only offer refunds on damaged item(s).
If your item(s) are damaged upon arrival please contact us at satedjewellery@gmail.com.
If your refund is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where to return your package. SATÈD will notify you once we receive your item(s). All item(s) will be inspected and if eligible for a refund, SATÈD will automatically refund you via your original payment method.
