10. Delivery time
The ordered products will be shipped from Tokyo, Japan by MOMENTS ONLINE.
Delivery may be delayed before and after long holidays (Bon, New Year, etc.).
We will notify you once your order has been shipped approx. between 4/8 weeks.
We ship with Japan Express Mail Service. You will be notified with tracking number. Once we ship your order, we won't be able to control/estimate accidental delays. Please keep following your order using the tracking number.
11. Returns / Exchanges
If there is a "defective product" or "misdelivered product" in the arrived product, we will exchange or return it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges other than defects.
If the item ordered by credit card is "defective" or "misdelivered", it will be refunded to the credit card.
